Who We Are

Information We Process

You can browse the product catalog without an account. To place or manage orders you create an account, and we process:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password
• Order and address information: billing and shipping addresses, products, quantities, and order notes
• Purchase history: the orders you place through the app

We do not process payment card numbers in the app.

Diagnostics and Crash Data

To keep the app reliable, we (or our service providers) may collect diagnostic and crash information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, and technical error logs when the app crashes or an error occurs. This data is used only to detect, fix, and prevent problems. It is not used to track you, and it is not sold.

How We Use Information

• To provide the app and process and deliver your orders
• To create and manage your account and provide customer support
• To detect, prevent, and fix technical issues and keep the service secure
• To comply with our legal obligations

How Information Is Stored

Your sign-in tokens are stored securely on your device (Apple Keychain). Your account, order, and address information is stored on our backend servers.

Service Providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the service, under agreements that limit how they may use it. These may include our backend and hosting provider and, for diagnostics, a crash-reporting provider such as Google Firebase Crashlytics. We do not sell your personal information.

Tracking

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time, as described below.

Your Rights and Account Deletion

You can view and update your details in the app. You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account, which removes your account and associated personal data, subject to records we are required to keep by law. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under [13/16]. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
